- Proof: We require clear photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, as well as any damage to the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and expedite your request.
How to Request a Refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods:

- Submit Photos: Attach clear images of the product, the packaging (if relevant), and any damage or defects. This will help us assess the condition of the item and determine next steps.
- Return Instructions: Once we review and approve your request, we will send you a Return Shipping Label and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please use this label to return the product.
- Return the Item: Carefully pack the item, ensuring it’s in the same condition as when you received it (unwashed, unworn, undamaged). Affix the return label and ship it back to us.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Wrong Size Received
If you receive the wrong size, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund, depending on availability.
- Condition of the Product: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and packaging.
- Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof: Provide your order number and a photo of the item to help us confirm the error.
3. Lost Items
In the rare event that your item is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Timeframe: You must report a lost item within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Proof: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the item is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
4. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- Refund: If the order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
